Sorti en 2020, Promis je choisis d\u2019\u00eatre heureuse nous pr\u00e9sente Sophie, ma colocataire pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de Marion dans le premier tome. J\u2019\u00e9tais curieuse de la d\u00e9couvrir davantage et je n\u2019ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue.<\/p><p>Sophie se r\u00e9v\u00e8le aussi douce, gentille et attentionn\u00e9e que je l\u2019imaginais. Pourtant, elle cache \u00e9galement un caract\u00e8re bien tremp\u00e9 et une sacr\u00e9e dose d\u2019ent\u00eatement. Je ne m\u2019attendais pas \u00e0 \u00e7a et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui m\u2019a plu. Elle est tellement d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 ne laisser personne entrer dans sa vie qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9f\u00e8re parfois se raconter des histoires plut\u00f4t que d\u2019affronter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Ses pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s, ses suppositions et cette bulle protectrice qu\u2019elle s\u2019est construite m\u2019ont souvent fait de la peine.<\/p><p>Parce qu\u2019au fond, Sophie est une jeune femme profond\u00e9ment bienveillante. Elle voit le meilleur chez les autres mais peine \u00e0 croire qu\u2019on puisse lui porter le m\u00eame regard. J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ce contraste tr\u00e8s touchant et j\u2019ai pris plaisir \u00e0 la voir \u00e9voluer au fil des pages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-324419be elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"324419be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4375bee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4375bee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">\u00ab Juste une question. C\u2019est quand la derni\u00e8re fois que tu as permis \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de passer la tranch\u00e9e que tu as creus\u00e9 autour de toi? \u00bb<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7609b9e6 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"7609b9e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22875d5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"22875d5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">Une romance pr\u00e9visible mais terriblement attachante\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aafde71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4aafde71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9videmment, on reste dans une com\u00e9die romantique doudou. Tr\u00e8s vite, on devine qui sera l\u2019heureux \u00e9lu et ce n\u2019est pas vraiment le suspense qui fait le charme du roman. Comme souvent dans ce genre d\u2019histoire, c\u2019est le chemin parcouru qui compte davantage que la destination.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 observer Sophie s\u2019ouvrir progressivement aux autres. Ses amies, parfois maladroites mais toujours pr\u00e9sentes, jouent un r\u00f4le important dans cette \u00e9volution. Quant au jeune homme qui gravite autour d\u2019elle, il m\u00e9rite largement toute son attention et sa confiance.<\/p><p>Si je voulais faire dans les comparaisons un peu faciles, je pourrais dire qu\u2019on la voit s\u2019\u00e9panouir comme une fleur d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sous les premiers rayons du soleil. Mais je ne vais pas le faire. Enfin\u2026 presque pas. Parce que cette image me vient tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019esprit lorsque je repense \u00e0 sa progression. Sophie apprend doucement \u00e0 baisser sa garde et c\u2019est ce qui rend cette romance aussi agr\u00e9able \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ad21af0 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5ad21af0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e0cdcad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e0cdcad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\">Une colocation que j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de retrouver\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c3e0b28 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c3e0b28\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>J\u2019\u00e9tais \u00e9videmment ravie de retrouver les filles de la colocation. Louise est toujours aussi explosive et apporte son lot de p\u00e9rip\u00e9ties, tandis que Marion continue d\u2019occuper une place importante dans le groupe. Les amies se soutiennent, se trompent parfois, mais cherchent toujours \u00e0 s&rsquo;aider.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai aussi beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l\u2019aspect professionnel du roman. Les questionnements autour du travail, des choix de carri\u00e8re et du besoin de se r\u00e9inventer m\u2019ont particuli\u00e8rement parl\u00e9. C\u2019est un sujet tr\u00e8s actuel et Camille Roy l\u2019aborde avec beaucoup de douceur.<\/p><p>\u00c0 mes yeux, ce deuxi\u00e8me tome est encore meilleur que le premier. Peut-\u00eatre parce que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le couple qui se dessine ici, ou peut-\u00eatre parce que Sophie m\u2019a davantage touch\u00e9e. Une chose est s\u00fbre : Promis je choisis d\u2019\u00eatre heureuse est une com\u00e9die romantique tendre, r\u00e9confortante et pleine de douceur.
